We were so excited to meet our featured bride Erika at a wedding show in Nashville, TN. She is just one of the happiest people and it was our pleasure to work with her on big day. Speaking with some of their guests we heard such wonderful things about the 2 of them that we wanted to write a little about our experience with them as well.
We pulled up to Historic Rock Castle on the day of the wedding and were greeted by one of the groomsman asking “Are you here for Mac’s wedding?” My associate and I looked at each other in confusion and asked is Mac marrying an Erika? Whew thank goodness he said yes. We were in the right place.
You see when we asked Erika what her grooms name was for our records she told us his name is Gordon so we couldn’t help being confused. We found out later Gordon is known to his friends and family as Mac and that was the beginning of an amazing day.
Meet Erika & Mac – Aren’t they Cute?
Mac and Erika met in 8th grade and dated for about 7 years before getting engaged. They had their outdoor theme wedding on a beautiful November day at Historic Rock Castle in Hendersonville, TN.
We asked Erika why they went with Picture This Nashville instead of a more traditional booth and here is what she said:
We decided to go with Picture This Nashville because we cherish pictures. They are the only thing you have from your special day and they can be displayed throughout your home for years. So, by using Picture This Nashville I could capture more memories and with the beautiful guestbooks they offer we get all our guests pictures and messages plus all the photo booth pictures in one place. I didn’t have to get a separate guestbook that would never make it out of a storage box.

OH YES, definitely added to the atmosphere. Everyone loved it. We even had grandmothers that don’t get along take multiple pictures. I think they realized life is to short to be mad forever.

All evening guests were playing, having fun and leaving messages for Erika & Mac in their photo guestbook. You could just tell they were having a blast.
